CUSTOMER CARE

  • We are always available at your service from 10:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M to educate you about our products or to share any information related to our products.
  • Customers can call us for a change in delivery address at least a day before delivery. (For more details check out shipping & refunds page)
  • Customers can call us for postponement of delivery to any later date if the order is not prepared, or can postpone their delivery up to a week if the order is prepared. (For more details check out shipping & refunds page)
  • Customers can call us for cancellation of orders if the order is not prepared, in other case order will not be canceled under any circumstances. (For more details check out shipping & refunds page)
  • Customers can call us if there is any delay in the delivery of the products ordered.
  • Customers can call us for details relating to payment issues, we will definitely address the problem if it is from our side.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

  • We only use good quality ingredients to produce the best products in very hygiene conditions. We are been certified and approved by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
  • We use a safe double packing method which will keep the food in hygiene and fresh from inside and to protect its taste.
  • Any information related to customer will not be misused by us, the information provided will be safe and private, and will not be passed on to any third party. (note:- Delivery executive is solely responsible if he misuses or share information to third party to avail any benefit or for free of consideration or to threaten the customer, SIDDHI FOOD BOUTIQUE will not be responsible for such behavior from the delivery executive.)
  • Customers’ data related to payment is safe with SIDDHI FOOD BOUTIQUE, we have protected it with a SECURE SOCKETS LAYER (SSL). We do not have any access to the payment methods or payment details that customers use during ordering the products from the website. Our online payment integration partner is Cashfree.

  • We will accept pre-orders for any occasion in the Hyderabad area.
  • Pre-orders are to be made at least 1 week before. Even earlier will be appreciated.
  • We will provide special discounts for retail shopkeepers in Hyderabad.
